Four Seasons Recruitment are supporting a hugey successful Pre-Owned Luxury Goods retailer in the City of London, who are looking for an experienced, creative and tech savvy Social Media and Content associate to join the team.

Reorting to the MD, this is a new role in the business, due to exceptional growth. With two Central London locations and a strong online presence, the business sells several thousand products annually and is recognised for its exceptional standards, premium service, and curated selection of high-end goods.

 

About the Role:

Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Produce high-quality visual and written content for social platforms
  • Film, photograph, and edit content to professional standards
  • Manage content scheduling across all social channels
  • Monitor performance and report regularly on engagement and ROI
  • Maintain a consistent, refined aesthetic aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning

Marketing & Copywriting Support

  • Lead on corporate and customer-facing copywriting
  • Support the Managing Director in developing content strategies
  • Keep up to date with social media trends, formats, and best practices
  • Ensure messaging is accurate, engaging, and aligned with overall marketing objectives
  • Ensuring links to e-commerce website is always included on social media content

Operational & On-Site Content Support

  • Work with internal teams to capture relevant content across both London city branches on a daily basis, using both an iPhone and a professional camera to capture content. Ensuring story and page posts are maintained on both Instagram pages
  • Help ensure brand storytelling remains compelling, consistent, and creatively executed
  • Occasionally attend shoots, events, or buying trips as needed to assist with filming

 

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media, content creation, photography, or digital marketing
  • Must be comfortable using a professional camera
  • Experience within the luxury goods sector
  • Strong copywriting background
  • Proven track record in producing both photo and video content
  • Familiarity with current social media trends, formats, and platform best practices
  • Competency with tools such as video editing apps, Canva, YouTube Studio, or similar
