With boutiques across key international markets and a growing presence in the UK, the company is entering a significant phase of expansion, with the Old Bond Street opening marking a major milestone.

The Role

The Senior Watch Advisor will be a key member of the new boutique team and the most senior sales professional on the shop floor. This is a crucial position, responsible for delivering an outstanding client experience, building long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, and supporting the Boutique Director in shaping a world-class retail environment.

The role is ideal for a commercially driven, knowledgeable, and client-focused individual with deep expertise in luxury timepieces. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador both in and beyond the boutique, with a natural ability to communicate the craftsmanship, values, and history behind each creation.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales Excellence

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised client journey, consistently exceeding expectations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective high-net-worth clients.
• Share product knowledge and brand heritage with confidence and authenticity.
• Drive individual and team sales performance, contributing to boutique KPIs and targets.
• Represent the brand with discretion and professionalism in all client interactions.

Boutique Operations

• Support the Boutique Director in maintaining operational excellence on the shop floor.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members to uphold the brand’s service standards.
• Ensure the boutique environment remains immaculate, in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Accurately process transactions, client data, and product handling through the POS system.

Brand Representation & Outreach

• Actively engage in client development and outreach initiatives, including private appointments and external events.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and product launches within the watchmaking industry.
• Represent the boutique at key brand activations and VIP experiences where appropriate.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a senior sales or client advisory role within luxury watches
• Strong knowledge of mechanical timepieces and appreciation for haute horlogerie.
• A confident communicator and storyteller, with the ability to engage discerning clientele.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and nurturing long-term client relationships.
• Discreet, polished, and emotionally intelligent, with a deep respect for the values of the brand.
• A proactive and collaborative team player who thrives in a start-up boutique environment.
