OVERVIEW
The Senior Sales Associate plays a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the concession and ensuring that every customer encounters the brand’s signature refined experience. Working closely with management and the wider team, you will help uphold the highest standards of service, presentation, and operational excellence.
You will contribute to the concession’s culture by championing product knowledge, maintaining an elevated visual environment, and ensuring customers feel genuinely welcomed, understood, and inspired. As a senior member of the team, you will also support leadership responsibilities when required, helping to drive performance and consistency across all touchpoints.
KEY HIGHLIGHTS
- Deliver exceptional, attentive service while creating a warm and welcoming environment for every customer.
- Support sales performance by using strong product knowledge to identify customer needs, recommend suitable items and maximise selling opportunities.
- Assist with day‑to‑day leadership by overseeing the concession when required and maintaining open communication within the team.
- Uphold high visual standards by supporting daily merchandising, ensuring displays, fixtures and stock levels reflect brand expectations.
- Execute operational routines accurately, including POS procedures, refunds, compliance tasks, stock control and back‑of‑house organisation.
- Participate in training and briefings while contributing to the ongoing development of product knowledge within the team.
- Maintain impeccable personal presentation and professionalism, while working flexibly across rotas and locations when needed.
- Use available tools to review performance, share customer insights and highlight opportunities to improve service or commercial outcomes.
