Senior Bridal Associate

Location: Sloane Street Flagship Boutique
Salary: £32,000 plus individual commission 

Monday-Saturday opening days 

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and service-driven Senior Bridal Associate to join the team at a flagship store on Sloane Street. As the main point of contact for all bridal clients, you’ll play a key role in delivering a refined, luxury experience from the first enquiry through to the final fitting. You will host appointments, support bespoke fittings, and collaborate closely with the atelier team to ensure each bridal journey is seamless and exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm, personalised, and professional service to all bridal clients.

  • Style brides with complete, cohesive looks in line with the brand’s elegant aesthetic.

  • Manage the bridal appointment calendar, client records, and all communications.

  • Respond to client enquiries via email and phone with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Handle a high volume of administrative work, requiring strong Excel and Outlook skills.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by the Bridal Manager.

  • Maintain knowledge of all product categories—including ready-to-wear and homeware—to support cross-selling.

  • Coordinate with the atelier to oversee timelines and ensure smooth production and fitting processes.

  • Host fittings in collaboration with the Head Fitter.

  • Assist with bespoke bridal orders and provide input throughout the design and fitting process.

  • Support day-to-day bridal department operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.


Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in the bridal industry or luxury retail sector.

  • Background in a customer-facing role with a focus on high-end service.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • High level of computer literacy, especially in Excel and Outlook.

  • Fashion or design qualification is a plus.
