The Role

We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to join their NEW STORE OPENING in Chelsea. This is an entry-level management position with key holder responsibilities, working closely with the management team to support daily operations while leading by example on the sales floor. The Sales Supervisor will play a key role in driving sales, supporting the team, and maintaining the brand’s service and visual standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Deliver knowledgeable, attentive customer service while driving personal sales and achieving individual targets
  • Build, maintain, and actively utilise a strong client book
  • Support floor sets, visual updates, and maintain merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
  • Ensure correct product placement, lighting, and floor plan execution, adjusting based on sell-through performance
  • Act as key holder, supporting store operations and assisting with opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining organised, well-stocked workspaces
  • Support stock takes, inventory management, and asset protection initiatives
