The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience while representing the brand as a true ambassador. Working within a fast-paced boutique environment, you will build meaningful client relationships, drive individual and store performance, and consistently reflect the brand’s refined and glamorous lifestyle image. This role requires a client-centric approach, strong product knowledge, and a passion for luxury retail excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by consistently exceeding expectations and following the brand’s selling ceremony.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the luxury lifestyle image through presentation, attitude, and behaviour.
  • Build strong product knowledge and maintain a personal client database to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Proactively achieve individual and boutique KPIs while contributing ideas to improve overall performance.
  • Support boutique operations including stock replenishment, stock control, visual merchandising standards, and stock takes.
  • Work collaboratively with store management, supporting administrative duties, promotional events, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Sales Associate or Sales Consultant within a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong sales ability with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Immaculately presented with a strong appreciation for luxury brand values.
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail, fashion, and customer service standards.
  • Enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated.
  • Proactive mindset with a natural ability to anticipate client needs.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and respect, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
