Role Overview
This position is responsible for delivering outstanding retail performance within the concession in Selfridges. We are seeking someone who offers exceptional customer service, understands the luxury fashion landscape, and brings genuine enthusiasm for styling, product knowledge, and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage all clients entering the space, identifying their needs and preferences
- Deliver a consistently high standard of luxury service with a warm, professional approach
- Go above and beyond to exceed client expectations and elevate the customer journey
- Serve as a style advisor, recommending pieces based on fit, lifestyle, and personal style
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and articulate the brand’s aesthetic and craftsmanship
- Provide guidance on product features, care, and styling options
- Confidently process transactions in line with company guidelines
- Support visual merchandising standards and assist with stock organisation
- Work towards achieving individual and overall sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, encouraging loyalty and repeat visits
- Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and atmosphere of the retail space
- Participate in team briefs and contribute positively to team culture
- Follow all company policies and procedures consistently
Essential Skills & Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience within luxury fashion or premium retail
- Strong client-service mindset with exceptional communication skills
- Passion for styling and contemporary luxury fashion
