Four Seasons Recruitment have partnered with an iconic Italian menswear brand renowned for their exquisite quality craftsmanship and timeless style.
As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in maximising sales through your ability to style and clientele. You will use your menswear knowledge to make tailored recommendations, always ensuring a luxury and seamless client journey.
The Role:
- Driving sales whilst working towards and exceeding individual targets
- Building and maintaining loyal long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Displaying an in-depth knowledge of the product range and brand history
- Providing personalised styling advice and curating looks for clients
- Assisting in maintaining store standards
- Supporting on store operations and administration
- Processing transactions through the POS system
- Pinning and fitting products to prepare for alterations
About You:
- Previous experience in menswear is essential
- Fluent in Italian
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Personable
- Collaborative attitude
- Strong passion for menswear and styling
- Self motivated and sales driven
- Proficient with Microsoft and administration tools
The Package:
- Up to £40,000 basic dependant on experience
- Generous Commission Structure
- Every Sunday off as the boutique is closed
