We are partnering with a prestigious luxury footwear brand seeking a proactive and client-focused Sales Associate to join their boutique store. This is a rare opportunity for someone who thrives in luxury retail, enjoys clientelling, and is eager to contribute across all areas of boutique operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering tailored service to diverse, international clients
- Building and managing a personal client book through CRM and outreach
- Driving boutique performance through driving sales and exceeding targets
- Maintaining brand standards across immaculate presentation, operations and reflection of values
- Showcasing thorough brand and product knowledge in your selling ceremony
- Using cross selling and upselling methods to maximise on sales
- Collaborating effectively and closely with the shop floor team
Essential Skills & Experience
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (essential for client engagement).
- 2–3 years of luxury retail experience, ideally in footwear, accessories, or ready-to-wear.
- Strong sales ability with proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Excellent clientelling skills and a passion for building relationships.
