Sales Associate – Luxury Fashion brand
Up to £30k base salary + commission (£40k expected OTE)
Location: Mayfair, London (with flexibility to work across all London stores)

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our client’s team in Mayfair. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service, building lasting client relationships, and helping the store achieve its commercial goals. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in luxury retail and develop within a premium lifestyle brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalised, high-quality client service that reflects the brand ethos
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business
- Assist with merchandising, stock management, and visual presentation of the store
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPI’s
- Maintain knowledge of products, trends, and brand story to provide expert advice
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Demonstrate flexibility to work across multiple store locations and peak periods, including Christmas
About You:
- Previous retail experience, ideally in a premium or luxury environment
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commercially aware with a drive to achieve sales targets
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work as part of a high-performing team
