I am partnered with our client in their search for an Administration Assistant to support their Central London boutique.

As Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in the daily running of the boutique, ensuring that processes are followed and operations run smoothly. If you’re an organised individual who thrives in a fast paced environment, please apply below!

 

About The Role:

Follow-up of customer requests:

  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Acting as a point of contact between the counter and Customer Service
  • Overseeing special order tracking and quotation requests
  • Managing appointment scheduling and resolving customer disputes

Coordination of Marking services:

  • Processing tagging requests
  • Ensuring transfer of markings between different stocks
  • Managing shipments of products
  • Monitoring ongoing tagging requests daily
  • Weekly inventory of markings

Coordination of Settles Ruptures:

  • Registering New Settled Break Requests
  • Notifying customers when their order is available
  • Carrying out formalities related to stock
  • Weekly inventory of outstanding completed shortages

Cash Management Support

  • Supporting the cash register if activity requires it
  • Formulating and following up on cash float requests

Supporting the counter’s management team:

  • Performing numerical analysis (KPIs)
  • Participating in the daily sales report
  • Updating price lists
  • Verifing and processing invoices

About You:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel required
  • 2-3 years in the retail sector
  • Customer service experience is a bonus
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Versatile and organised
  • Problem solving skills

The Package:

  • £32,000 - £34,000 basic per annum
  • Team Commission
  • £1,000 per year lunch vouchers
  • 50% travel contribution
  • Uniform Provided
