Four Seasons Recruitment are partnered with a beautiful premium womenswear brand that specialises in feminine and exceptional tailored garments.
This fashion forward brand is looking for an experienced and driven Production and Development Manager to lead their team from the front, overseeing the whole production process from initial design conception, through to final production.
The Role:
- Manage the collection through development and production
- Create range plans
- Creating and managing the critical path across all departments
- Sign off prototypes
- Liaise with the Garment Technologists, Logistics and Design teams
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and factories
- Oversee the fitting process
- Set sample launch and delivery dates
- Oversee the sourcing of raw materials
- Oversee x2 direct deports within PD and Production
- Ensure supply chain is following brand guidelines
About you:
- Have a strong understanding and knowledge of CMT/FF environments in the UK and Europe
- Possess commercial understanding of pricing and profit margins
- A proven track record in a similar management role, with at least 8 years' experience, in a luxury/premium brand
- Highly proficient using Excel, Word, Zedonk and Outlook
- Extensive experience setting critical paths and managing the entire product lifecycle
Your Package:
- £40,000-50,000 per annum
