ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will help bring this new store to life by delivering an exceptional customer experience and embodying the brand’s romantic spirit. You will support daily operations, assist customers with warmth and confidence, and help maintain the beautiful environment the brand is known for.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, thrives in a fast-paced boutique setting, and loves being part of a brand that celebrates storytelling and style.
KEY HIGHLIGHTS
- Create a warm, inviting atmosphere for every customer while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service that reflects the brand’s elevated experience.
- Support strong personal and store sales performance through confident, thoughtful selling and by offering styling advice and detailed product knowledge.
- Build rapport with clients and maintain an organised client book to nurture long‑term relationships.
- Uphold brand visual standards by supporting floor‑set execution, ensuring merchandise is beautifully presented, fully replenished, and aligned with customer flow and selling trends.
- Contribute to smooth day‑to‑day operations, assisting with opening and closing procedures and maintaining clean, organised sales and back‑of‑house areas.
- Take part in stock replenishment, inventory tasks, and general store upkeep, particularly during opening and peak trade periods.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, raising any concerns promptly and appropriately.
