Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to represent the brand at a newly launched counter within a leading department store. This is a standalone role where you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service and driving sales while collaborating with the store’s wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Drive sales and achieve targets through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the counter is well-presented at all times.
- Build strong relationships with customers and the department store team.
- Report directly to the Head of Global Sales with regular updates on performance and feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or customer service experience, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands.
- Confident, approachable, and proactive with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the counter.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
