Our Client is a modern British luxury jewellery brand that invites clients to collect and curate their own stories through signature lockets and charms. Each piece is designed with meaning, sentiment, and elegance in mind.
As a Part-Time Sales Associate in their boutique, you will dedicate your warmth and passion to delivering an elevated and personalised experience for every customer. Alongside being a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for helping clients discover meaningful pieces that become part of their personal stories.
The Role:
- Delivering an elevated and personalised customer experience
- Working towards sales targets, consistently driving sales
- Being a supportive member within a close team
- Developing strong product knowledge and communicate the craftsmanship, stories, and sentiment behind our collections
- Building long-term relationships with clients, providing tailored styling and gifting advice
- Maintaining the visual merchandising and cleanliness of the boutique
- Assisting with inventory management, stock handling, and store operations
- Ensuring accurate handling of sales transactions using our POS system
- Opening and closing the boutique when required to do so.
About you:
- Previous retail experience
- A passion for storytelling and connecting with clients on a personal level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work three days per week, including Saturdays
