Four Seasons Recruitment have proudly partnered a lifestyle brand known for their bold prints, feel-good colours, and standout loungewear. We are excited to be supporting them as they launch their first ever UK retail concession, opening in the well renowned Bluewater, in Kent.
We are looking for an energetic and bubbly Brand Specialist to be the face of the brand in-store.
As Brand Specialist, you will bring the brand’s personality to life, delivering exceptional service while showcasing your product knowledge and visual merchandising skills. Alongside being a true brand ambassador, you will support the department store team, ensuring the concession thrives and customers walk away with an unforgettable experience.
The Role:
- Delivering exceptional standards of customer service, always going the extra mile
- Acting as an ambassador for the brand and embodying their fun, energetic personality
- Maintaining stock levels and ensuring the concession is fully replenished
- Showcasing creativity through visual merchandising and ensuring displays are on-brand
- Developing detailed product knowledge to confidently engage with customers and staff
- Supporting department store colleagues with brand training and guidance
- Taking ownership of the concession space, ensuring it is immaculate and inviting
About You:
- Energetic, bubbly, and confident – a natural people person.
- Experience within a sales associate role is desirable
- Attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- A true team player
The Package:
