As Operations Manager you will support the Sales team in the day-to-day running of the business, helping to ensure smooth operation of the company.

You will be expected to carry out your responsibilities to a high level of competency and diligence, and will need to be comfortable working on numerous tasks/projects to manage your workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly supporting the Sales team in all aspects of Operations
- Presenting friendly, confident and organised service
- Specifically focused on managing orders from the point of sale, through production timelines and ensuring smooth delivery to clients
- Building the company’s customer retention through excellent relationships and exceptional customer service
- Constantly liaising with the Asia office, supervising the Operations Manager and ensuring that operation runs smoothly
Sales Support:
- Supporting Sales team from enquiry to invoicing
- Communicating effectively between clients and the design/production team, working closely with all parties to ensure timelines are met and orders are fulfilled on a daily basis
- Dealing with client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing Sales staff with shipping quotes as needed
- Providing excellent aftersales care and complaint management by following up with clients and offering solutions where needed
Operations Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for the warehouses in both New York and London
- Helping to streamline the warehouse processes and costs as required
- Monitoring inventory levels and processing inventory orders as needed
- Managing Deliveries/Shipping to ensure a prompt and efficient delivery process, minimising issues and damage in transit. Streamlining and improving the delivery process where gaps or issues occur
- Overseeing inventory management software and understanding where the Company’s inventory is located (New York, London, Asia)
- Ensuring correct information on production software for smooth ordering, quotes, tasks and production timeline
- Constantly liaising with the production team in Asia on a daily basis and developing excellent team relationships
- Working with the Operations Manager in Asia to ensure the correct procedures are followed and shipping containers are well loaded and organised with the necessary accurate paperwork
