Office Manager (Luxury Fashion Recruitment Agency)

Part time/20 hours per week

London, £20,000 per annum

 

Four Seasons Recruitment is a London based, market leading boutique recruitment specialist to the fashion and luxury retail industries. Established since 1981, our specialists recruit for a wide range of disciplines including Temporary and Permanent Retail, Wholesale, Marketing and Digital, Buying and Merchandising, and Design, Technical and Production.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join the team, on a part time, flexible working basis.

 

About the Role:

  • Oversee the smooth running of the Head Office
  • Welcome and manage visitors, ensuring a professional experience
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Liaise with cleaning staff and maintenance providers to ensure high standards
  • Manage office-related expenses and ensure bills are paid on time in coordination with accounts
  • Assist with onboarding new starters, ensuring equipment and setup are ready
  • Maintain HR records, including holidays, absences, and sickness tracking
  • Provide basic IT support (e.g. connecting laptops to screens)
  • Provide systems training and administrative support to Consultants

About You

  • Experience in a similar Office Management role
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
  • A flexible, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach with strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and HR systems

The Package

  • 20 hours per week
  • £20,000 per annum
  • Hybrid/flexible working
  • 25 days annual leave per year, plus an additional day’s annual leave for every year of service
