Office Manager (Luxury Fashion)

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Office Manager to join an emerging, luxury fashion brand. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting senior leadership while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Head Office.
About the Role:
- Manage the CEO’s diary, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Arrange travel and logistics for external meetings
- Oversee the smooth running of the Head Office
- Welcome and manage visitors, ensuring a professional experience
- Order and maintain office supplies, including kitchen and facility essentials
- Liaise with cleaning staff and maintenance providers to ensure high standards
- Manage office-related expenses and ensure bills are paid on time in coordination with accounts
- Support documentation processes (e.g. DHL shipments) and monitor budget spend
- Assist with onboarding new starters, ensuring equipment and setup are ready
- Maintain HR records, including holidays, absences, and sickness tracking
- Provide basic IT support (e.g. connecting laptops to screens)
- Organise and maintain the sample room and coordinate sample sales
About You
- 6 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury fashion brand
- A high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
- A flexible, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach with strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- High energy, professionalism, and a polished presentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and HR systems
