Four Seasons Recruitment are working with a renowned heritage menswear brand, who are known for their town and country satire.
Due to exceptional growth, the brand is looking for a proactive and highly organised Buying Admin Assistant to support the menswear team.
About the Role:
- Assist the buying team with the daily running and administration of the department
- Produce sales analysis and reports (seasonal and ad-hoc)
- Calculate cloth and trim requirements, and place orders as directed
- Keep spreadsheets and buying systems up to date with accurate information
- Support store stock replenishment to maintain bestseller availability
- Liaise closely with international suppliers and factories, as well as in store retail and distribution warehouse teams
About you:
- Self Starter with a proactive and can-do attitude
- Highly organised
- Strong numeracy and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and interact with various departments across the business
- Strong Excel skills are essential
