As part of a major international growth plan, the business is now seeking a Marketing Manager to elevate brand presence across both digital and traditional channels.

The Role

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing. This role is responsible for ensuring brand consistency, driving awareness, and supporting commercial growth while preserving the brand’s luxury positioning.

You will work closely with creative, e-commerce, PR, and retail partners to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with a discerning global audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute seasonal and always-on marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across paid media, email, social, and website channels
  • Oversee campaign planning and execution for product launches, brand moments, and key trading periods
  • Manage content calendars in collaboration with creative, social, and PR teams
  • Analyse performance across digital channels and translate insights into strategic optimisation
  • Ensure all marketing activity reflects the brand’s luxury tone, aesthetic, and values
  • Manage and develop relationships with external agencies and partners
  • Oversee marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital opportunities within the luxury space

About You

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including paid social, performance marketing, CRM, and email
  • Highly brand focused with a refined understanding of luxury positioning and storytelling
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to balance creativity and commercial performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Passionate about fashion, culture, and digital innovation
