MARKETING & BUSINESS ADMIN. ASSISTANT                         LONDON

We are recruiting a Marketing Assistant to join our team.

This is an incredible opportunity to become a key support function in a fast paced, niche business. You will play an essential role in developing and maintaining the high standards and communications to maintain and enhance their market position.

The Role

This role supports the execution of all marketing strategies in the business. You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of marketing activities across digital, social media, and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Managing and creating content for the business’s social media presence.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure project delivery.
  • Assisting in the creation of premium marketing materials.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and maintaining the marketing calendar/budget.
  • Maintaining brand identity images and content.
  • Production of web content to enhance SEO performance.
  • Be involved in direct marketing activity.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through surveys.
  • Carry out market research.
  • Develop company marketing materials.

About You

You are a proactive, highly organised individual with a passion for all things creative, a genuine interest in fashion and a foundational understanding of marketing.

You should have:

  • Experience in a marketing support role.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital tools.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A naturally inquisitive personality and looking to learn and develop skills.

Package

  • Up to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • A company culture centred on learning and empowering its employees.
