The Role:

  • Driving boutique sales and exceeding targets
  • Delivering exceptional client care, including after-sales support
  • Cultivating and sustaining long-term relationships with a discerning clientele, including VIPs and celebrities
  • Acting as a true ambassador for the brand, embodying its values and culture at all times
  • Hosting private client appointments with precision and discretion
  • Maintaining flawless boutique presentation and visual standards
  • Demonstrating enthusiasm, integrity, and authenticity in every interaction
  • Collaborating seamlessly with colleagues and supporting team success
  • Assisting management with compliance, operations, and boutique standards

About You:

  • Ambitious, goal-driven, and motivated by results
  • Refined and confident with experience in luxury price points
  • Proven, consistent career history within luxury or premium retail
  • Outstanding interpersonal and client service skills
  • Authentic, trustworthy, and commercially minded
  • A strong team player with the ability to adapt and collaborate
  • Resilient under pressure, maintaining excellence at all times
  • Creative, open-minded, and eager to contribute new ideas
  • Strong awareness of the luxury retail market and client trends

The Package:

  • Up to £55,000 OTE per annum
