As a Senior Sales Associate, you will focus on building and maintaining a loyal client base and driving sales. Exceptional storytelling will be at the centre of each selling ceremony as you partner your precise product knowledge with your ability to convert and maximise sales.
The Role:
- Maintaining loyal relationships with current and new clients through CRM and client outreach
- Working closely with the CRM specialist to deliver the company’s clientelling strategy
- Embodying the brand’s image, reflecting their values at all times
- Upholding faultless product and brand knowledge
- Focusing on storytelling and selling ceremony whilst driving sales
- Working towards store and individual targets
- Supporting the team to ensure seamless store operations
- Sustaining strong industry knowledge
- Managing aftersales efficiently
- Handling and dealing with customer queries and complaints, using initiative to solve problems
- Replenishing stock when necessary and helping participate towards inventory checks
- Safeguarding visual standards throughout the store, adhering to guidelines when necessary
About You:
- Strong CRM experience
- Minimum 3 years in a luxury retail role
- Footwear experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborative and a motivated team player
- Confident and personable with the ability to maintain a strong client book
- Passionate about luxury and footwear
- Good industry knowledge
- High standards of grooming and presentation
