The Role:
- Greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm and providing excellent service.
- Driving sales by effectively upselling and cross-selling products.
- Sharing your product knowledge and offering valuable style advice to customers.
- Ensuring the store maintains an immaculate and inviting appearance.
- Supporting transactions at the cash desk and efficiently managing the wrapping area.
- Assisting with stockroom organization and the processing of deliveries.
- Responsibility for opening and closing the store according to established procedures.
About You:
- Previous retail experience is essential.
- A genuine interest in fashion, beauty, and/or accessories.
- A proven ability to engage with customers and achieve sales targets.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
