We’re partnering with a renowned luxury swim and resortwear brand to recruit an experienced Sales Advisor for one of their elegant London boutiques. This is a client-focused role, ideally suited to someone with a passion for premium fashion, an understanding of personalised client service, and the confidence to take on occasional management responsibilities.

While day-to-day duties centre on sales and client engagement, the successful candidate will also provide store management cover when required — including opening and closing the boutique independently. Reliability, initiative, and a polished approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience, building long-term relationships and driving individual sales performance.
  • Support daily store operations, including stock management and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the brand’s collections to advise clients with confidence and authenticity.
  • Provide management cover as needed, ensuring smooth store operations during absence of senior team members.

We are looking for:

  • A confident and experienced luxury retail professional with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and achieving strong sales results.
  • Someone passionate about luxury fashion, styling, and creating memorable client experiences.
  • A self-motivated individual who can work independently and take responsibility when required.
  • A well-presented, articulate communicator who thrives in a boutique environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.
  • A team player with strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly around visual presentation and store standards.
