The Role:

  • Provide customer assistance
  • Engage in client relationship building activities.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Participate in store opening and closing procedures. 
  • Support in-store administrative functions and with sales reporting.
  • Assist with back-of-house operational tasks.
  • Key holder.
  • Full time role.

About You:

  • Keen interest in the luxury market and eager to learn.
  • Committed to providing great customer service.
  • Willing to develop skills to help achieve sales goals.
  • Friendly and calm approach with good communication abilities.
  • Organised and pays attention to detail, happy to help with tasks.
  • Able to travel to Bicester each day.
  • Retail or hospitality experience.
