We are exclusively partnered with a leading luxury leather goods and accessories brand in Mayfair. Renowned for their timeless accessories collections and impressive, established brand heritage, his distinguished company pride themselves on their solid reputation, top quality products and impeccable service. This role will support an amazing sales team and requires someone who has experience within high turnover environments, while maintaining luxury service.
The Role:
- Lead the boutique floor with confidence, pace, warmth, and poise, ensuring a seamless client journey from welcome to farewell.
- Monitor sales objectives in strict compliance with the brands procedures and commercial policy.
- Be an exemplary ambassador, driving sales and customer service.
- Cultivate and mentor a high-performing sales team through hands-on leadership, coaching and consistent feedback.
- Collaborate closely with the Boutique Director on performance and KPI’s.
- Foster a spirit of discretion, service and aftercare that aligns with the brands values and heritage.
- Manage escalations and client concerns with grace and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Ensure that the boutique is maintained (storage, presentation, cleanliness, and comfort)
- Conduct morning briefings with the Boutique Manager, relay and action plans defined by management and the brands strategy to the sales team.
- Support sales assistants’ integration and skills development.
- Regularly report on traffic and customer typology to adapt schedules to floor activity.
- To open and close the boutique when required.
About You:
- A well-presented retail professional with experience in premium or luxury retail.
- A passion for luxury leather goods and providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong communicator with a warm and approachable communication style.
- An initiative-taking and collaborative professional, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Confident with assisting customer complaints, ensuring to manage quickly and effectively.
- Experience with cashier processing, sales techniques, and communication with stock teams.
- A natural leader, ability to motivate and support a team.
- Microsoft Office proficient.

- £45k - £48k basic per annum
