This growing retailer, is looking for a highly motivated E-Commerce Operations Executive, to manage the day to day running of the online store. The role requires someone to be extremely hands on with the product and based in store, Tuesday to Saturday.
About the role:
- Coordinate with brands to source product imagery, dimensions and specifications, to create clear, engaging, and accurate product descriptions
- Ensure product listings are visually consistent and up to date
- Respond to online order queries, return requests and general customer enquiries
- Research and coordinate competitive shipping options for domestic and international orders
- Process and pack online orders according to internal wrapping protocols (including

About you:
- Proficient using Shopify
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or retail fulfilment is a plus
- Excellent written communication skills
