Overview
A prestigious and heritage-led bespoke clothing company, renowned for craftsmanship and innovation, is seeking a CRM & Marketing Manager to join its team. The brand is undergoing a strategic evolution to further cement its place within the global luxury landscape and enrich its connection with customers across the world. This role is central to driving the business's marketing strategy forward, with a particular focus on CRM, data-driven campaigns, and cross-channel customer engagement.


Mission
Reporting to the Global Directive Team, the CRM & Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading, evolving, and delivering the global CRM and marketing strategy. The role requires close collaboration with various internal departments to ensure effective campaign execution and alignment across all customer touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities

CRM Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global CRM strategy that aligns with overarching business and brand goals.
  • Evolve existing segmentation models and design lifecycle marketing campaigns that support customer retention and engagement.
  • Own the global email marketing channel, employing a test-and-learn methodology to maximise performance and engagement.
  • Lead the launch and ongoing management of the CRM and email marketing platform (MAPP).
  • Create, implement, and optimise multi-segment, highly personalised automated email journeys.
  • Monitor campaign success and segmentation effectiveness, adapting strategies to meet evolving business needs.

Customer Insight & Data Management

  • Drive customer insight analysis to support omnichannel strategy and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Generate regular KPI reports and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure data is accurately captured, tracked, and utilised across all touchpoints of the customer journey.
  • Champion data integrity and lead global efforts for prospect data capture and lead management.
  • Support the optimisation of both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods.
  • Present quarterly data capture performance to retail teams globally and support improvements in-store.

Marketing & Communications

  • Manage the marketing trade calendar and briefing process, coordinating messaging across departments each season.
  • Oversee weekly social media and newsletter content planning and execution.
  • Lead paid social and display advertising strategy, including planning, execution, and performance reporting, in partnership with external agencies.
  • Maintain relationships with PR partners and manage press activity.
  • Organise and oversee in-house campaign shoots and content production.
  • Monitor website performance and implement improvements to optimise the digital customer journey.
  • Maintain strong marketing processes and reporting systems across all touchpoints.

Senior Marketing Leadership

  • Manage the marketing and CRM budget.
  • Drive strategic planning across channels and markets.
  • Lead analysis and insights to inform expansion plans and marketing effectiveness.
  • Oversee agency partnerships and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the marketing team and foster cross-functional alignment.

Role Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in CRM, including end-to-end campaign planning and execution.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and email marketing tools; experience with MAPP is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance reporting.
  • Prior experience within the luxury or premium industry is desirable.
