As a Client Advisor, you will provide personalised styling, build lasting client relationships, and showcase the elegance of menswear ready-to-wear. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure every client journey is seamless and memorable.
The Role:
- Developing expert knowledge of the menswear collections, tailoring, and bespoke services
- Providing personalised styling advice and curated lookbooks
- Driving sales performance through cross-selling and upselling
- Hosting one-to-one appointments to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Building and nurturing long-term client relationships using CRM tools
- Representing the brand as a professional and knowledgeable ambassador
About You:
- Previous experience in luxury or premium retail
- Passion for menswear and styling
- Strong clientelling and relationship-building skills
- Confident communicator with natural selling ability
- Polished, professional, and attentive to detail
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
