As a Client Advisor, you will be providing personalised styling, building lasting client relationships, and showcasing the sophistication of the brand’s ladieswear collections. Your expertise, flair, and attention to detail will ensure every client journey is seamless, memorable, and uniquely tailored.
The Role:
- Developing expert knowledge of the ladieswear collections, including ready-to-wear and bespoke pieces
- Providing personalised styling advice and curated lookbooks
- Driving sales performance through cross-selling and upselling across collections
- Hosting one-to-one appointments to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Building and nurturing long-term client relationships using CRM tools
- Representing the brand as a professional, confident, and knowledgeable ambassador
About You:
- Previous experience in luxury or premium retail
- Passion for ladieswear, styling, and luxury fashion
- Strong clientelling skills
- Confident communicator with natural selling ability
- Polished, professional, and attentive to detail
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment
