We are seeking a Client Advisor to join our prestigious Client on a 6-month FTC in their renowned Leather Goods and Accessories concession in Harrods. Iconic handbags, exquisite leather craftsmanship, and rare exotic materials – this is a unique opportunity to join a top performing brand in the most distinguished department store in London.
As Client Advisor, you will be developing expertise in leather goods, providing personalised recommendations, and building strong client relationships. You will showcase the craftmanship of the brand’s handbags and exotic leather collections, ensuring every client journey is seamless, memorable, and unique.
The Role:
- Developing expert knowledge of the brand’s leather goods, including handbags, accessories, and exotic pieces
- Providing personalised styling advice and curated product recommendations
- Driving sales performance through cross-selling and upselling across collections
- Hosting one-to-one appointments to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Building and nurturing long-term client relationships using CRM tools
- Representing the brand as a professional, confident, and knowledgeable ambassador
About You:
- Previous experience in luxury or premium retail
- Passion for leather goods, handbags, and exotics
- Strong clientelling and relationship-building skills
- Confident communicator with natural selling ability
- Polished and professional
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment
