Four Seasons Recruitment are supporting an internationally acclaimed Couture Designer, who due to rapid growth, are looking for an Atelier and Logistics Assistant to support the busy team.
This infamous designer creates exquisite gowns for VIP clients, celebrities, couture runways and international royals.
About the Role:
- Keep the dress and accessories’ location spreadsheet updated including accurate information for accounts
- Liaising with celebrities’ managers, press team to send dress out/return dresses/accessories.
- Liaising with building management for all maters concerns to the office
- Order furniture and machinery when required
- Keep equipment stock take spreadsheet
- Create a spreadsheet on OneDrive with all bookings with all couriers’ supplier /per supplier to accounts to crosscheck with invoices
- Upload invoices received to OneDrive folder
About you:
- Experience working in a busy Atelier for a luxury brand is essential
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
