Assistant Manager – Notting Hill
Up to £40k base salary, £50k expected OTE

We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Manager to join their team in Notting Hill. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to progress from a Supervisor or Department Manager role into a leadership position within a globally recognised luxury lifestyle brand. You will support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team, driving sales, and ensuring the store delivers an elevated client experience in line with the brand ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations and achieving commercial objectives
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, analysing sales performance and identifying opportunities to drive revenue
- Implement effective sales and clienteling strategies to maximize conversion, and other store KPI’s
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand guidelines
- Ensure smooth operations across all three London store locations when required
- Demonstrate flexibility and commitment during peak trading periods
About You:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a premium or luxury retail environment
- Commercially astute, with the ability to translate business insights into actionable strategies that boost sales performance
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, team development, and motivation
- Passionate about delivering a luxury client experience and maintaining brand integrity
- Organised, adaptable, and confident in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible to work across multiple store locations and available throughout the festive season
