Jessica Ellis

Before joining Four Seasons Recruitment full-time, Jess spent four years working as a temporary retail team member within the company, gaining valuable hands-on experience across a wide range of luxury and premium brands.

Alongside this, she spent four summers in upstate New York at Camp Chipinaw as Director of Photography, leading visual content creation and overseeing photography production.

Last year, Jess graduated with a degree in Film, specialising in Producing, which further developed her organisational, creative, and project management skills.

Jess is currently a Trainee Recruitment Consultant within the Four Seasons Bicester team, where she manages the recruitment, organisation, and scheduling of temporary staff across Bicester Village. Her role focuses on ensuring staffing operations run smoothly while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates in a fast-paced environment.
