Gemma is a Director at Four Seasons Recruitment, specialising in permanent retail recruitment across the UK, Europe, and the US. With over 10 years of recruitment experience and a strong background in retail, she is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with some of the world's leading retail and luxury brands.

Before moving into recruitment, Gemma spent 6 years as a Visual Merchandising Manager across high street and premium fashion brands, giving her a genuine understanding of the challenges, culture, and talent needed to succeed in retail. She also ran her own Personal Training business, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset and people-first approach to everything she does.

At Four Seasons Recruitment, Gemma partners closely with clients to build high-performing teams, from key retail appointments through to senior leadership hires. Her career highlights include supporting multiple store openings, delivering critical senior-level placements, and helping launch Four Seasons Recruitment's US division in 2025, establishing partnerships with leading brands across New York and Chicago.
