Global British luxury brand are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join a hugely exciting new store project in the heart of Mayfair.

The Role:

You will be responsible for successfully opening the brands new store and recruiting a team
You will be incremental in building structure around the client journey
You will drive KPIs across the store ensuring a high level of luxury service is always maintained
You will report into the Managing Director and work very closely with the Designer
You will be responsible for coaching and developing the team to drive store productivity

The Candidate:

You will have at least 5 year's experience in luxury ideally within ladies ready to wear
You will experience managing a boutique
You will have strong people management experience
A strong understanding of fabrics and ready to wear is imperative
You will have experience working with global luxury brands
You will have previous experience in buying and visual merchandising

The Package:

Salary up to £55,000
Bonus
