• Training and developing new team members
• Implementing business strategies to enhance profitability
• Store administration, including management reporting and rotas
• Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction at all times

The Candidate:

• Previous experience managing a team is imperative
• Be an energetic, organised and approachable leader
• Outlet experience is desirable
• Passionate about luxury customer service

The Package:

• Salary £31,000
• Bonus
