Are you an enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst looking for a new challenge? We have partnered with a well known fashion brand that has an excellent reputation.
- Supporting all business functions (Stores/Head Office/Warehouse and Remote Locations) with technical support.
- Assist with user enquires, for example, setting up new starters.
- Manage support tickets within SLA period.
- Create and update service documentation.
- Previous experience within an IT support environment.
- Previous experience within retail and an understanding of their systems (POS systems).
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of networking: DHCP, VPN, Cisco Meraki, DNS.
- Entrepreneurial approach.
- Salary up to £36,000.
