Are you an enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst looking for a new challenge? We have partnered with a well known fashion brand that has an excellent reputation.

The Role:

  • Supporting all business functions (Stores/Head Office/Warehouse and Remote Locations) with technical support.
  • Assist with user enquires, for example, setting up new starters.
  • Manage support tickets within SLA period.
  • Create and update service documentation.

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience within an IT support environment.
  • Previous experience within retail and an understanding of their systems (POS systems).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of networking: DHCP, VPN, Cisco Meraki, DNS.
  • Entrepreneurial approach.

The Package:

  • Salary up to £36,000.
  • Good benefits package.
