Sample Machinist - Menswear - Central London

Are you an experienced Sample Machinist with impeccable attention to detail? This is a unique opportunity to join a globally recognised, sophisticated menswear brand in their state-of-the-art studio in Central London. Fantastic working hours!

The Role:

• Responsible for making first samples to a high finish
• Working closely with the Creative Director, the Pattern Cutters and the Workroom Manager to maintain sampling standards
• Resolving any issues with the make-up of garments
• Ensuring seal samples are ready on time

The Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Sample Machinist within menswear in a fast paced environment
• Experience working with cotton, linen, polyester and silk
• Experience of managing and working within a team
• Ability to French seam, pattern match and single needle lockstitch
• Excellent communication skills are a must
