Dynamic Customer Service Manager role with a luxury multi-brand retailer in Hungerford. Salary up to £28k plus bonus, generous employee discount and a great office culture. You will oversee the customer service team and be responsible for managing and mentoring four direct reports.

The Role:

  • Ensure client enquiries are handled through a solution-oriented customer service strategy
  • Monitor and report matters regarding quality control to appropriate departments
  • Handle escalated complaints
  • Conduct regular 121’s with team members
  • Mentor and train the team

The Candidate:

  • Experience working in a head office customer care role within a retail or fashion business
  • Excellent leader and motivator for the team
  • Positive energy
  • Passionate about delivering luxury customer service to the highest standards 
  • CRM experience
  • Proven experience elevating performance within the team and increasing overall sales
