This internationally known British luxury brand has a massive global presence. They are currently expanding their wholesale team and are looking for an experienced and pro-active Head of Sales who will be able to strategise, drive and grow their wholesale business.

The Role:

As Head of Wholesale your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategise and implement a complete wholesale business strategy
  • Plan the wholesale distribution strategy to ensure the brand is represented by key and relevant international retailers
  • Set growth sales targets and ensure that they are met
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key global retailers
  • Regularly review stock levels and manage trade activities to drive sell through
  • Organise all necessary tools needed to support the growth of the wholesale business - training packs, VM packs, etc.
  • Establish and monitor staff performance goals

The Candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 years' wholesale management experience
  • Solid experience and understanding of international luxury markets and strong relationships with key retailers
  • Very good operational knowledge as you will be setting up operational flow
  • Previous strategic sales growth experience across worldwide accounts
  • Swimwear experience or an understanding of the swimwear wholesale market is a must
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • A team player with a dynamic approach
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team

The Package:

  • Salary up to £30k (depending on experience)
