A London based British luxury brand with a global presence are looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing. The Head of Marketing will primarily be responsible for creating and implementing the global marketing strategy across all channels including print, digital, social and OOH in order to establish strong brand awareness, driving new customer acquisition, sustaining customer loyalty and maximising sales.
The Role:

  • Create the global marketing strategy across campaigns, CRM, communications and events
  • Ensure the highest level of customer acquisition and retention is achieved through the implementation of a variety of different marketing activities
  • Organise and execute in-store events
  • Monitor consumer insights
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure sales, marketing and events activity is optimised
  • Manage all partnerships
  • Ensure there is a level of global constancy across all regions by executing regional marketing plans
  • Managing external agencies
  • Set and manage budgets
  • Manage and develop a team

The Candidate:

  • At least 10 years' similar marketing experience within the luxury fashion industry
  • Global marketing experience
  • Strategic and creative approach
  • Experience leading and managing a team

The Package:

  • Salary dependent on experience
