We are looking to appoint a recent graduate to join our small but extremely busy team based in Hammersmith.

The role will become responsible for running the office on a day to day basis, be accountable for a number of business administration tasks and to learn all aspects of recruitment in a busy Agency.

The successful candidate will be confident, organised, committed, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work as an active team member.  Furthermore they will have an appreciation of the fashion & retail industry and be motivated by the prospect of career progression within the business.

Administrative duties include:

  • Collection and distribution of post and deliveries
  • Organising, scanning, filing, and photocopying of papers
  • Database work – managing the integrity of the database system
  • Assisting in the maintenance of facilities including management of suppliers.
  • Supporting the MD
  • Production of client presentations
  • Referencing temporary workers
  • Check-in temporary workers
  • Visit clients on-site
  • Diary management for Consultants
  • Ownership of our social media content
  • Meet & greet visitors
  • Recording of attendance/absence
  • Production of reports for management
  • Issuing terms of business for sign off
  • Attending candidate assessments
  • Checking temporary worker documents and filing
  • Call handling
  • Carrying out internal compliance checks and reporting on findings
  • Entering temp staff bookings
  • Ad hoc duties
  • Involvement in website content and ongoing development
  • Building ‘follower’ numbers of FSR social media presence
  • Become an expert in digital marketing and candidate engagement

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good numerical skills
  • PC skills - Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required
