- Supporting customers with order enquiries
- When necessary, resolving any order discrepancies
- Offer an immaculate level of customer service to their brands and clients
- Providing accurate product and service information
- Making sure that you are up to date with product and brand knowledge
- To be fluent in French is essential (verbal and written)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Previous experience within a Customer Service department within fashion or luxury industries is advantageous
