- Office maintenance and administration tasks
- In charge of office supplies and managing the budget
- Helping different teams across the business with ad-hoc duties
- Managing the Chairmen's diary
- Regular reception cover, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, filing and other general office duties
- Bright, confident and warm personality
- Well-organised and efficient
- Basic knowledge of excel
- Polished communications skills - both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and someone that shows initiative
- Capable of turning your hand to a variety of tasks
