We are looking for a Facilities Manager / Receptionist / PA to join this respected luxury British brand with a deep heritage. Their beautiful offices are based on Bond Street and this is a one off opportunity to join and be apart of this world renowned brand!

The role:

  • Office maintenance and administration tasks
  • In charge of office supplies and managing the budget
  • Helping different teams across the business with ad-hoc duties
  • Managing the Chairmen's diary
  • Regular reception cover, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, filing and other general office duties

The candidate:

  • Bright, confident and warm personality
  • Well-organised and efficient
  • Basic knowledge of excel
  • Polished communications skills - both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated and someone that shows initiative
  • Capable of turning your hand to a variety of tasks

Package:

  • Salary up to £25k
