Rare Head Office opportunity as an Ecommerce and Customer Service Executive where your time will be split between managing the ecommerce website and customer service.

This is a hands-on role where you will have a lot of exposure to different parts of the business and really get to make your mark.

The Company:

The Role:

  • Management of all online web orders using Magento as well as managing third party couriers
  • Partner with the digital marketing team for all online promotions
  • Responsible for handling all customer service enquiries via email and phone calls
  • Running monthly sales and inventory reports for the Director

The Candidate:

  • Excellent time management, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Extremely passionate about customer service
  • Familiar with inventory management best practices
