We are looking for a talented Customer Service Supervisor to join the Head Office of this luxury gifts company that is based in West London. This role is ideal for someone that can offer a luxury service and build rapport with clients.

The role:

  • First point of contact for online queries and registrations
  • Customer service via all online channels - Telephone, email and live chat
  • Management of client base and proactively following up and converting new business
  • Coaching and training the online team to optimise performance to meet KPIs
  • Ensuring average response times are through all channels are to a timely manner and high standard across teams
  • Compiling reports to outline the customer service channels operations

The candidate:

  • Previous customer service experience working within a luxury environment
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of working towards KPIs

The package:

Up to £26,000 plus commission and excellent benefits
