Customer Service Supervisor (Head Office Based)
My client, a luxury womenswear brand is looking for a Customer Care Supervisor to join their team on a 12 month MAT Cover. The right candidate will be proactive and able to work as part of a team and individually.
• Be point of contact for all client enquires via phone and email, providing solutions in line with the company policy.
• Record and log all interaction with candidates in a timely manner.
• Responsible for creating a best practice for the Customer Service department alongside management.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Assisting with the company’s social media content, creating newsletters and blogs.
• Accurately logging returns into software using meticulous detail.
• Assisting with other business functions when necessary.
• Experience working in a luxury Customer Care environment at either Supervisor or Manager level.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Experienced using Excel, Office Software and Social Media applications.
• Problem solver.
• Salary up to £35,000 dependent on experience.
